Current Service Outage
Some customers may have difficulty accessing hosted servers, storage services, or DNS resources.
The outage has been traced to an unexpected hardware fault within one of our primary compute clusters. Our engineering team detected irregular power fluctuations and automatically initiated a safe shutdown protocol to prevent data loss or equipment damage.
Replacement components are already being installed, and systems are being restored in phases to ensure stability and integrity. We expect full service restoration soon.
